Charged twice for Stream+

Hi, 

I recently signed up for Stream+ but I got charged twice for it. It was $10 at first, then another $10.50. How do I get this fixed? Do I have to call Koodo?

We have looked into it from our end and we can see only one time charge today. 

Just to double check, do you see the second charge on your credit card statement?

If yes, can you please share a screenshot and hide any personal information since this is a public forum?

I only have a receipt for the second charge ($10.50) but the first one hasn’t been corrected or refunded yet. I’m not sure why it was double charged. When I was signing up, it said my card needed to be updated even though it had already taken $10. I updated my card and activated the subscriptions. Then when i checked again later, my card had been charged again.
