i am trying to change my sim card because koodo flagged my account as fraud and the people at the mobile shop told me i can fix it here, but there is no “mobile services” under the drop down menu it tells me to go to, how can i access this menu? i would like to find out soon because i have a 100$ bill for a service i cannot use.

You should be able to see the mobile services tab when you're signed into self serve:

If the account has been suspended for potential fraud however, changing the sim card won't help. It's the account that's suspended, not the sim specifically.
