Changing Email address

Following the steps to change my email address and since I have 4 lines, I am prompted to choose a line. I choose the first one that was on the account and it goes to a blank screen with the spinning wheel of death. Does that with all the lines. used three different browsers.

Is it me or the system?

Did you try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser? What about using a different device?

I am. It wants me to choose one of the lines before it allows me to press security and regardless of which line it doesn’t come up with the next screen.

Thanks for all the help. The computer I was using had a VPN on it not letting the process to move forward.

Oh, Koodo system had issues with VPN, I would recommend you disable it before trying again. As well, if you can do it on a phone with Koodo cellular signal.
