Hi: I need to change to change the Disney+ account that my Stream+ subscription is linked to. How can I go about doing this?

Hi there,
that is something that cannot be done on the Koodo side. You would have to reach out to Disney+ customer support as Koodo can't change the payment methods for accounts that aren’t Koodo.
If Disney+ can’t help, then you would have to cancel Stream+, wait until the next billing cycle, and then re-sign up and activate Disney+ to the other account instead.
