I choose activation date as 25 Jan 2024 when making order, assuming it takes time to receive modem and router.

I just received them. Can I change the date of activation for tomorrow (18 Jan 2024) ?

I think activation date has to do with the connection to your residence. Is there any cable from Telus or Koodo ready in your residence?

No, the cable need to be reconnected to a Telus/Koodo hub somewhere. Normally that would require a technician to do it. I would recommend you call (if there is any number in the internet package) or schedule a call back from Koodo to see if they can speed up the process


From what I have been seeing on the community, the service is active to use a week prior to activation anyways
