Cancelling my plan or my line, already outside the canada

I am trying to cancel mg line, because I had to leave Canada for good. I tried messaging them on facebook, and they told me to call them. How can I call them if Im outside the country. Do they have an email? Please help

Just to confirm, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? That changes how cancellation works.

If you're prepaid there is nothing to cancel. You turn off automatic top-ups and remove your payment method in Self Serve and the billing stops https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-do-i-cancel-my-koodo-prepaid-account

For postpaid a rep has to process it, and Koodo doesn't use email for normal customer service so there's no address to write to. The social media team can handle cancellations, so I would go back to them on Facebook or X and ask again, the account you use doesn't have to be yours. As well, you could register a free Canadian VoIP number (Fongo for example) so you can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist at www.koodo.com/chat
