Cancel Koodo internet

I have been trying to cancel my koodo internet since i got it nearly 9 months ago. it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone and i’ll stay on hold for 30 mins to an hour to not hear from ANYONE. i need to cancel this internet, if anyone has any tips please help.  absolutely horrific customer service.

This has been a common issue lately. I will flag a rep to help you with your cancellation. Reps on this platform can reach out to their internet team and they can put in the request for the cancellation.

Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your Koodo self serve credentials and they can help out. Note that response times can vary. They will respond here as I have.

Oh thank you! Please. I’m still currently on hold on the phone, but yes if you can do that it would be greatly appreciated.

Normally it does not take them long to respond on here but sometimes it can take a while. They will, however, always respond.

I would keep going with the phone call in case you manage to reach a rep in the meantime. If a rep responds here first, then feel free to hang up.  😎
