I am a prepaid customer and I would like to download my call history from around 8 months ago to prove that a call did not happen. Is there any way of doing this? The billing section does not have a “download previous bills” option.

You should have the option to view up to 18 months ago. You see nothing of the sort?
Prepaid service doesn't have bill like postpaid service. You would have to go to the usage area and see if you can search for call happened 8months ago. If you couldn't find, you would have to contact Koodo and ask a rep to assist. Hopefully they would not charge a fee for it.
Prepaid self-serve only retains 90 days of usage history. Contact Koodo customer service.
