I swapped in my new sim card yesterday and now find that I can’t be called by one specific friend. When they call me, they hear the dial tone but I don’t get any indication of a call coming in. We’re both able to call other people and receive calls from others. We haven’t blocked each other. We’re still able to text each other. What’s up with this.
We shared an account with Fido so we called them and they were also very confused.
Have them delete your number from their contacts and then have them call you via the number you call them from directly via the call log
Reset your network settings. Maybe for both yours and your friend’s phone.
Another option is to have your friend take their sim out of their phone and try calling you from a different phone
Yeah we’ve tried this as well, still no luck. I’ve scheduled a call with support, thanks for the suggestions.
