How many times have you entered a PUK so far? Entering the wrong PUK 10 times in a row makes the eSIM permanently unusable and a replacement would be needed, so I would be careful there. Once the correct PUK goes in, the phone asks you to create a new SIM PIN and then type it again, both entries have to match exactly. If you don't need a custom PIN, 1234 is the default. Thanks, I tried 1234 but no luck.  Not sure how many times I tried before I realized it was asking for PUK and not the pin I was trying to create.  Koodo assist is useless beyond scheduling a callback tomorrow during business hours.  Too stupid to understand the callback can't be at the affected number as well...
