My phone # is the same as someone else’s. It shows their info for called ID instead of mine.

caller ID is incorrect
When someone calls you, does someone else receive the call?
Or is the caller ID the only that is mislabled?
If it is just a caller ID issue, this is common. Most phones uses a 3rd party to set caller ID info like Hiya. You can reach out to Hiya to update your caller ID info.
You can also change your Caller ID display name via self serve

Also, does someone else actually receive the call, or is it just the caller ID name showing wrong?
If someone else is actually getting the calls, that's a different issue — could be a SIM provisioning problem, and you will need assistance from a rep.
