I have very bad cell service at my home will a booster help and if so does koodoo have them

Depending on the exact cause of the issue, yes may booster will help
Koodo does not sell boosters.
Have you tried enabling wifi calling
Have you asked your friends and neighbours that are using Telus or Bell in your local area to see if they are experiencing the same issue?
It is possible that you have a poor network connection in your local area. Does it get better once you leave your house?
You may want to ask other people that are using Rogers and try it out in your local area. If you are getting a better signal, you may want to consider switching over to Rogers or Fido.
