That would be a technical issue in self serve where it is not showing the tab bonus. It means "Not a Number". To confirm, are you. Currently paying off a device tab or are you finished of the contract term?

If you just finished the term, its possible that the bonus is just in the process of updating. Once finished, it will show $0 after a few days once resolved. If you're on a term and that is not the case, then you can try either clearing your cache and cookies, using a different browser, or using a different device to check the tab amount again.
