To report and blacklist a stolen phone, you will need to speak with a rep via callback on Koodo assist.

Note that you can request a callback to any Canadian number, including your work, friends, or family.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? If you have a postpaid plan, the standard procedure is to schedule a callback via this link: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone.

While waiting for the device to be blacklisted, you can also use your Google or Apple account to remotely lock or erase your device.

Please keep in mind that you are still responsible for your service plan while the phone is missing. Because of this, I highly recommend getting a replacement SIM card or asking a representative to temporarily suspend your service.

Hi @Amosborne483

We are sorry to hear that your phone was stolen.

Can you please indicate the phone model and confirm the last 2 digits of the phone number associated with the phone?
