Question

Bad cellular reception within Koodo coverage area .

I visit a cottage in North Sauble Beach and despite being within the Koodo coverage area cell reception is extremely slow and frustrating.  This has been an ongoing, issue, many years. Who do I complain to ?

Did this help you find an answer to your question?

Did the bad cellular reception only happen to that area? and you have good service everywhere else?

if so, the issue could be the lack of cellular tower. You could try to report via this

This is an ongoing issue and it also affects Bell customers (my wife is on bell) and it is always bad in the summer when there are more people there. I suspect it's a capacity issue that Tells needs to address but I don't know where to complain.

It doesnt look like Telus operates any cell towers in the area.  The area is full of Bell towers.  Likely Telus has a tower sharing agreement with Bell for the area.  In this case you would need to reach out to Bell.  However with 5G being the new standard, it is unlikely any new 4G/LTE towers will be built in the area.

Looking at the tower map, Rogers seems to have a lot better coverage in the area.

Try a Rogers phone or SIM and see if that solves your problem. Everyone claims full coverage, but local factors are even more important. I am 800 yards from a Bell tower but get btter reception on a Rogers phone just because their placement is better line-of-sight.
