Hi there,

Do you have access to your Koodo self serve account? As when you sign into your account your account number will appear under your name on the main page. 

If you do not have access to your self-serve account, you can also find the account number at the top of your service agreement that you would have been sent via an email from Koodo when you signed up for either postpaid or prepaid. If postpaid, this can also be found at the top of your PDF bill.

Under my name is only the last 3 numbers

hm, that is odd. Do you have a prepaid or a postpaid account?

If postpaid, you can download your PDF bill by following the steps in the link, at the top of the PDF bill it will contain your account #. Viewing and downloading your bills | Koodo Mobile

For prepaid, this would also be visible under the “Profile” section of self-serve. As I said you can also search your email for when you signed up with Koodo, you would have received a service agreement with your account #

When you check the email from Koodo, search " Koodo, service agreement" 

You should have received it from no-reply@koodomobil.  You can find the attachment there including your account number
