Unconditional call forwarding (code 21) doesn’t currently work with prepaid. To be able to unconditionally forward calls is a key feature of call forwarding and it not being available to prepaid customers is really inconvenient.
What error are you getting? Call forwarding is fully supported on prepaid, so it might be just a matter of troubleshooting your error.

Flo Koodo said it was not supported on Prepaid on his other post
Thanks Lou!! My husband has had call forwarded enabled for years, and currently it’s still working with his Public Mobile line.
However we all know Koodo changes stuff around at times (they giveth and they taketh, so to speak), so who am I to dismiss what you’re saying

I personally don't know anything about call forwarding, but just happened to read Flo’s response on another post.
Yeah I read it too now. I have asked Koodo for clarification - not that I doubt them but it puzzles me why they would take away a feature that they used to offer. We'll soon know more, I hope
Just to close the loop, here is a link to my original post and Flo’s response.
No Koodo replies yet, but meanwhile, if you really need it, Public Mobile stop supports it: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/call-forwarding
Stop=still - darn autocorrect. I can't edit my post 🫤
