I find it disappointing that there is no parental controls for our teenage kids through online Koodo account. I’ve read some questions in the community forum about turning off teens data and I tried to do this with my teen and CANT unless I do it through their phone. Please provide help for parents through online account to be able to easily dismantle certain things such as shut a phone off, freeze an account, turn off data so it can’t be used ect. This would really help with parenting and a teen being grounded or doing school work to be able to control this from our end. At this point my teen is using phone for other content and leaving home. I have shut down their phone 5 times and have to report it as “stolen” via Koodo just to do it ! Come on.. there has to be a better option !!!

+4I personally don't believe cellular carriers will invest in parental control features unless there's strong demand from parents willing to pay a premium for them.
Anyway, you could setup parental control with both iOS and Android.
