Rate/Review Our Phones

It would be nice if there was a feature to give ratings/reviews devices that we order after we’ve been using them for a while.

This would be great in allowing customers to express their praise or criticisms of their devices, and, it would be useful for prospective customers (or customers looking to upgrade). Product descriptions written by the manufacturer are all well-and-good, but don’t take place of feedback from actual customers.

Koodo tellers can not speak or understand English. I locked out of my account and I called them to unlock it. The teller just transferred me to monthly payment after asking me lot of security question. Then again they transferred me to prepaid and they asked me security questions again and they just tried to act like they are helping while they actually wasted my time . I needed to download my billing history for morgage and it’s been a month now and yet I can login to my account. It sounds like a jok to me so rude and irresponsible people are.

You have asked the questioned in the other thread. I would suggest you keep everything in one thread so it would be easier for people in the forum to get the full picture
