Since Koodo does not have a dedicated native mobile app, and requires the use of a mobile web browser to manage accounts on a mobile device, Koodo should strongly consider supporting Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for the website which allows the creation of shortcuts to run the web app in a dedicated browser window and workspace. This allows consecutive execution of the shortcut (PWA) to always open in the same window instead of creating new tabs in a modern mobile browser. Progressive web applications can reach anyone, anywhere, on any device with a single codebase. PWAs are very powerful, versatile, and functional, and, in many cases, can completely eliminate any future need for resources to be wasted on parallel development of a dedicated native app. PWAs are the future of apps. Thank you.

In fact, parts of our website are already PWA :)
