In a conversation elsewhere I was wondering if Koodo offered an outage map -- a reply said Koodo doesn’t offer this because it is a third party provider.
Interestingly, Primus operates just like Koodo, and they offered this information in the customer portal of their website -- it was so easy to find out if a problem was regional before spending time/energy troubleshooting devices, And, there was only one device (combined modem and router) which further reduced time spent troubleshooting.
