Why not have a warning that long distance charges will apply when a long distance call is made? With many people being physically in Canada but having a cell phone number from another country, it is sometimes difficult to know that a call is long distance. SaskTel used to have a recorded message warning that long distance charges might apply (at least on my landline). Such a warning would help prevent nasty surprises when the bill came.
