I just signed up for a Canada-US-Mexico plan and when I visit self-serve I see a very nice graphic that provides a nice high-level summary of my plan. But it doesn’t link to details. Why not provide a link with updated information about how my plan works (e.g., I know you can roam in the US and call back to Canada; but is the converse also true? Can I call US numbers from within Canada?).
When I looked through the website, I found some information about the plan that was then contradicted by information elsewhere (accessing the plan from within the Travel and Roam links is the worst because the template seems to have been copied from Easy Roam, with mis-information about daily charges, coverage in the Caribbean etc).
