For some time, you have been able to obtain a prepaid eSIM instantly when signing up for a new plan online. Now I see you you can do the same when obtaining a new post paid plan. Yet, existing customers are forced to go a Telus store or a Koodo Kiosk,to get an eSIM voucher. .Why not offer these eSIMs to existing customers through self serve?
