Love that Koodo now has the Easy Roam travel passes. However, the customer experience would be greatly improved for those of us that plan to use this feature for back to back months of travelling. Please simply just allow us to purchase our next pass BEFORE the current one expires so it is queued up and already on the account waiting for the current one to expire so we are guaranteed continuous coverage.
Right now we have to wait for 30 days to pass so that the travel pass expires before we are allowed to add another one—which is stressful and I find myself continuously checking to make sure I counted the 30 days properly. I am also worried about getting charged $16 for roaming on the day the pass expires when I go to text to activate the next travel pass.
