Daily - Easy Roam Triggered Notification

When travelling, customers try to avoid roaming, but occasionally roaming may occur unknowingly by accident.  It would be valuable for the customer, if Koodo informed customers by text to let them know their Easy Roam period was started and how it was started on a daily basis.  This would serve 2 purposes:

  1. The customer can be aware if there was errant data or text that may have occurred so that they can take the steps to correct it.
  2. The customer, knowing that Easy Roam was triggered, can use their phone and take full advantage of using Easy Roam for that day, instead of still trying to avoid using their phone thinking they shouldn't roam.  

These 2 purposes would do a lot to relieve some stress and the bill shock that may result after traveling.

Even on poor-cousin prepaid, you automatically get a text saying “welcome to the US”. Wouldn’t take a genius to include an obligation to “answer yes to roam”. Shock-free data… how about shock-free roaming?
