Device Care Complete is a great way to make sure that your device is covered from physical damage, technical problems, and ‘texting-in-the-tub’ failures. Best part, you’re even covered if your phone is lost or stolen.

Update: 

Device Care Complete (DCC) Open Enrollment is available from August 19 - October 19, 2024. For this period, the 60-day enrollment window for DCC has been extended.


This means that customers with a TELUS or Koodo Android or Apple new or CPO smartphone devices are eligible to enroll in DCC on devices 5 years old and newer, provided they meet the device qualification requirements.

 

Important: If you decide to cancel your Koodo account or port your number out, DCC will be automatically canceled.

If you migrate your Koodo phone number to TELUS, you will have 60 days to re-add Device Care to your Koodo or TELUS phone by scheduling a call back (the device must be 5 years old or less).
