I can't add a line, I can't shop for phones, I can't add device, but they keep bugging me to add home internet, I doubt they'll let me tho, they bugged me for months to switch my my post paid plan to koodoo and all I can do is literally pay my bill? I think I'm going back roblox mobile where I get twice as much for half the cost, Koodo truly just wants ur money , I know it cuz the only om not restricted from is paying my over charged bill!!!!

So I'll see you all at public mobile??

Hi, are you currently a Koodo customer? As well are you looking for a prepaid or postpaid ?

To figure out what's actually going on: when you try to add a line or shop for a phone, do you get a specific error message, or does the option just show as unavailable / the button does nothing? What it says makes a big difference.

Have you tried to clear out the cache and cookies on your browser? How about using a different browser or device?

There is a way to switch from Public Mobile to Koodo Postpaid with the Fast Switch Self Serve option. You should be able to choose from a list of postpaid plans and select a phone according to the Tab of your choice. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-prepaid-postpaid-monthly-service

If you are still having issues after the transfer, you may want to head to your nearest Koodo store or authorized dealer to upgrade your phone.

How long have you been a Koodo customer for? When you signed up, do you know if you were put on a spending limit?

For adding a line to a new account, you can add a line straight away if you visit a Koodo kiosk or Telus store once the account is active. If you were looking to do it online through self-serve, you have to wait 45 days first. This is to discourage Fraud. This also goes if you’re trying to upgrade a device. You either can upgrade in store or wait the 45 days to do it online. More info can be found here: Upgrading your phone | Koodo Mobile

If you were put on a spending limit program, this can also limit your ability to upgrade your device and add a line after the account is setup. It doesn’t describe it in the link below, but I have known this to limit people on upgrading to specific devices or by adding more lines if it would surpass the spending limit with all the lines combined or if your credit is not good enough yet to get on the tab program. This normally resolves itself after the 6-month program is finished and the limit is removed. Spending limit program | Koodo Mobile

Koodo internet is a separate subscription service so it does not require a credit check and is something bought and paid for separately from mobility, so as long as you can pay the subscription, you would be eligible for Koodo internet. It is billed separately like any other subscription so eligibility wouldn’t be limited to the same things as mobility.
