I received an iPhone 13 through a phone contract with Koodo in December 2023.

It was cancelled in May 2026, but I still received over 140w  bonus points –and  i think the first time we dindt have the fee fore tab bonus .

Hi @rog1630, you activated the tab late 2024, we can confirm the tab and tab bonus were still ongoing when you cancelled. You should still have access to your online account, where you can view and download your Customer Service Agreement, here is a guide

Hi there,

to confirm when you download your PDF bill does it indicate that the $140 charge is a tab bonus charge for that line? You should have access for 90 days after cancelling, the tab payments would have been finished in 2025 for the iPhone 13 so did you upgrade to another device?

Note that when you cancel a line / an account, you will receive a final bill including partial monthly plan charges until the date you cancelled in addition to any remaining charges so maybe this is the cause for the extra charges as opposed to the bonus. Your Koodo bill after you cancel | Koodo Mobile

That is strange. The Tab should only be for a period of 24 months, so it should have been paid off by the end of last year. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/everything-you-need-to-know-about-tab

What happened after you finished your Tab? Did you upgrade your phone on another Tab? Is that why you are seeing a remaining Tab and Tab Bonus balance on your bill?

I'm certain I don't have a contract, only an iPhone 13 contract. Is there any way to contact me to investigate this issue?

@rog1630 the rep agrees with you that there was a contract for the iPhone 13 however it seems you signed up for it late 2024, not 2023. Where that is the case, you would still have been paying the device when you cancelled as they described.

By clicking the guide they provided, it will show you the steps on how to retrieve the service agreement you signed from your Koodo self serve account.

When you check the agreement, it will contain the dates of when the service was activated and when it will be completed. When you do, does the charge now make sense? As it seems you would have had until late this year until it was all paid off. Where the account was cancelled during the 2 year term, you would owe the remaining tab and tab bonus.

You can log into your self serve > Koodo Tab > Tab history > you can check Tab payment or Tab bonus history.

In your detailed PDF ebill, if you were paying for a tab for this phone, you would still be able to see tab payments for the last few months.  Do you see those?

In self serve you can also click  Ask to Review a Charge as well.

But based on the reps reply here, your contract started end of 2024.

I received the phone under a plan I signed up for in December 2023. I'd like to know how to contact customer service or inquire about this issue.
