Which country were you calling, and which plan are you on? Most plans only include Canada wide calling, and the perks or add-ons that cover calls to the US or certain international destinations. If possible post a snapshot of your add-on showing the list of countries, hide all personal information before posting please.

Hi my plan is 60 GB unlimited Canada add on voice mail and international call to India for 55$ however I don't know why u guys changed me extra to call to India plz wave off that as a one time goodwill also plz add my India calling 

Unlimited Canada-wide only covers calls within Canada, so calling India has to come from a separate international calling add-on on your line. A few things to check in Self Serve under Plan details > Add-ons:

Is an international/India calling add-on actually listed there right now, and what date was it added? Add-ons only cover calls made while they're active, so anything dialed before it was added bills at pay-per-use long distance rates. If nothing is listed, it was never provisioned on the line even if it was set up in store.

Also, were you in Canada when you made those calls? Calls to India placed from outside Canada bill as roaming, not long distance, and the add-on won't cover them.

For the charges themselves, submit them through Ask us to review a charge: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill — that's the proper channel since nobody here can adjust your bill. I'll also flag a community rep to check what's actually provisioned on your line and get the India calling added If your plan is eligible

I requested u to plz wave of my extra charges as 1 time goodwill I can I only pay 60$ I was not aware of the add-on the lady gave me false information so plz wave it off or give me credit 

Unfortunately, for billing dispute, you would have to contact Koodo directly (not in this forum). I would recommend you submit a review online first. If that doesn’t work you can schedule a call back from Koodo and ask a rep
