Please can I get the explaination why extra charges coming to my bill? I set a call back option but still now I didn’t get any response from customer service. Where can I get help?

Did you get to look at your detailed bill. That would explain the charges. If you need help accessing your bill, let us know. 


I checked my bill details and it was showing one app purchase from my number. I visit one of your store and they didn’t find anything in my mobile set. Please call my number. 


@Laila Farid It appears on September 19th you singed up for a monthly subscription service. It is a third party service not something Koodo sells. We facilitate the payment for it. You would have been sent a text from 5415 as you had to verify the subscription by replying with a code they sent you:
