Where on Koodo's self service portal can I view how many months remain in my contract?

I am looking to see how many months remain until I can upgrade my phone.

    You could go into selfserve and download the service agreement there. The date on the aggrement should help you to know when the contract ends

    You can also view your tab and tab bonus sections of self serve
