I received and activated the Wireless Home Phone on 30-Dec-2023.  In the welcome “package” provided by the store, 28-Jan-2024 is listed as the billing cycle.

On the Self Serve page, I am still getting the following message: "This information is unavailable right now. Please refresh the page. If it's still unavailable, go to koodo.com/chat to schedule a callback."
On the Bill Overview page, a similar message, "We are working on your latest bill. Please check back later".

When should I expect the first bill (and future bills) to show up on the Self Serve page?  As of now, we are already on 23-Jan-2024.

That’s odd - have you deleted your cookies or tried another browser? 


Do you have cell service with Koodo?

If you call 611 on your koodo home phone does it take you to the Koodo automated menu with your bill amount?

The first bill is not ready yet and the bill date is indeed on 28th.

You should however be able to access your self serve account details.

Please try @Sophia’s suggestion  and let us know if that helps.

If it works, you should then be able to manage the bill notifications in self serve https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/go-paperless-e-bill

@Sophia  and @Flo Koodo:   I should be more clear about the message is specific to billing.  Other access in Self Serve is working well.  Thanks.  I have tried the browser via mobile phone, Firefox and Chrome on my desktop.  All came back with the same message.  However, I am able to access Self Serve for items such as Call Control, etc.  Also thanks, I have enabled e-bill alert via e-mail.

@Dennis:  It does take me to the automated menu and bill and stated with $0 owing.  


Bills usually come out about 2-3 days after your billing date so expect to see it around January 30-31st.

The billing is still not showing up for me.  It is the same as described in the following post:  a spill over ice cream.  Please advice.

I would suggest you to wait until Monday to see if your invoice will appear. 


@Jormungandr The bill should be visible in your account today or tomorrow. If the bill date is in the weekend, it may take 1 -2 business days after the weekend for the bill to be visible on your end. 


Thanks to everyone for the help and suggestions.  I have received the bill this morning to cover last and current month in the fist bill.
