What the **** is going on? Why the hell did my mobile service bill go up? Your service quality has always been absolute garbage and still is. There's no coverage anywhere, and some bullshit is always glitching out. You guys are **** annoying. Why the **** are you raising prices without even warning me that something would cost more? What the **** is this? Seriously, you people have completely lost your minds. Why the **** are you raising prices for your pathetic, trash service when it's already completely useless?

    Have you ever reached out for help when this kept happening, or were you just hoping it would fix itself?  

    What plan do you have?  

    Did you check your self‑serve to see if they offered you a better plan, or are you already looking at different providers at this point?

      When you view your detailed pdf ebill, does it show your plan has changed or were there additional pay per use charges but your plan is the same price?

        Did you check your previous bills? There should be a section at the bottom of the last page in small print notifying you of the rate increase.

        As for the network service, there was recently an issue with the degradation of wireless services for mobile customers in your local area. It has since been fixed.
