I was charged for a US roaming charge on July 4th and I was not in the US.

Has that charge shown up on an issued bill yet, or is it only showing in your usage so far?  If you were anywhere near the US border, your phone can latch onto an American tower and trigger Easy Roam even though you never crossed.

Once the bill showing it is out, you can submit it through Ask us to review a charge in Self Serve https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill  Accidental roaming like this normally gets credited.

As well, to keep it from happening again near the border, turn off data roaming and manually select Koodo in your network list instead of leaving it on automatic.

It seems to be a recurring issue for you.

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower. You will need to do this every time you restart your phone. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-how-youll-be-charged-while-travelling

Alternatively, you may want to consider switching to a Canada-US-Mexico plan. You may be eligible for one of these plans on your Self-Serve account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan

In the meantime, you may want to upvote this idea. If there are enough votes, Koodo may consider this option in the future.
