Updating credit card

I am subscribed to the stream service and I want to change my credit card. I do not have a phone or account number. When I check the self serve, this is what it says “

You’re still waiting to be approved

 
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You’re still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We’ll email you once you’re approved.

 

How can I update it.

What do you mean by "I do not have a phone or account number"?

Do you have a mobile phone plan with Koodo?

I am subscribed to the stream+. I have a different carrier, so I do not have a phone number with Koodo. When I was using the Koodo assist, it was asking for a phone or account number. I do not have an account number too.

Just to confirm, did you recently change your email address of the account?

as well, are you currently residing in Canada or using VPN?
