Same things here, my package was total with tax $36, and this month it's $44 without me getting any notice.

Please download your PDF e-bill and check the bottom of the page ( could be last month bill). There should be the note mentioning the price change.

I just discovered that after several years of the same plan with Koodo my monthly cost increased by $5.65.  When I went into self serve I discovered this

“Your bill's higher this month because you changed your plan. This is your new monthly cost. Any other updates to your plan will show on your bill moving forward “

I never changed my plan.! It’s the same plan I’ve had from the beginning.

If you want to get rid of long time customers … just tell us.  I used to recommend Koodo to my friends, but no more.

Okay, I’ll pay the bill and look for a new provider.

Hi, I need help with a billing issue. I originally took a plan that was around $38.42/month including tax, and I’ve been paying that for months.

Recently my bill increased to $44.07 and now $51.98, and my account is showing the plan as $46.00, before tax.

I did not request any plan change, and I didn’t get any clear notification about this increase.

Can anyone please explain this?

Same happened with me. I don’t recall changing my plan anywhere and the plan got changed automatically

They should change the wording " you changed your plan."

I believe some other people and I suggested it before…

Did you check your self‑serve account to see if there’s a better plan or price available to you? They’re promoting a discount if you set up bank auto‑pay
