I had a 7 Day USA Pass from the previous month that I used in the States and I couldn’t add another one for same-trip within 30 days so I thought I was covered. Now I check my bill and I am charged additional amounts for these few days...what the heck??

No, you are supposed to remove it from your Self-Serve account once it expires and add it again by texting the appropriate code to 7626.

You can try to speak with a rep by scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist and see if they can waive the additional charges, but there are no guarantees that they will do it. https://Koo.do/Chat

I was not able to remove it before the trip. and tomorrow is my return date. Their chat reps are not in office right now. My misunderstanding arose because I assumed the 7 days I have used up already, but it seems like I did not despite being there for 7 days, so I thought it just auto renewed because the pass was not removable before the trip. Their system is so buggy that it kept the pass despite using it so I assumed I got a NEW $40 charge for the next month, then it just auto-expires 2 days ago and I check my account and I am billed $16/a day or whatever with auto-data pause up to $100, I am not sure. This should not happen -.-
Unfortunately, the reps in the Community are currently not online and are unlikely able to assist with your issue.
You can still schedule a callback right now, so you can speak with the rep upon your return to Canada. Koodo will provide you with a list of available times to choose from.
