Two Tab Charges

I have 2 tab charges on my bill but only one phone after i just got a new phone.

Hi ​@DCurrie, we’ve checked your latest bill and saw the double charge. As the charge did not also decrease the remaining duration of the tab, we’ve added a credit to your account for one of the charges + tax. The bill will not be re-issued but you can check the updated total in your self-serve.

Do you mean your recently upgraded on a new tab?

Did you have a tab previously?

When you download your detailed pdf ebill what does it say?

    I have a new phone with tab as of last week but i have 2 tab charges for $24 on my latest bill. Previously i did not have tab.

    What is your billing cycle? 

     

    In your self serve what does it say under your tab? A screenshot might help here. Just black out Any personal info
