Tab Overcharge

My tab shows a balance of $0 as of my January 22nd bill, but on my bill for February I have still been charged $33 for the tab. 

Why am I still being charged $33 for my tab when it is paid off now.

Koodo calculated the Tab payment on a different date compared with your billing date. That was why sometimes customer saw the bill didn't update correctly with the same day with Tab amount.

To make sure if it was the case, I recommend you check back the 1st day you got charged for the Tab amount (the day you joined or upgraded with Koodo) and calculate how many payment was completed. It should be 24.

That is because you are on a postpaid plan and the February bill is meant to show the charges in January. It should not appear on your next bill.
