My tab should be 0. I was charged it this month and did call about it. I was assured it would be removed within a couple of days. I paid my bill minus that chrg but it is still showing on my account and I’m expecting to get charged interest as well. Do I need to call again? How long does it take to remove erroneous charges? Such a hassle.
Can you login to your self serve account and click on “view tab balance” and then look at the “tab history”? When does it say the first tab charge was placed and do you see 24 tab charges listed there that would bring it down to $0 left?
Do you see the amount of Tab balance on your overview page? Or on PDF E-bill? PDD doesn't get updated even if a rep made an adjustment. But, amount due should be updated after the rep made adjustments.

Hello! The monthly tab charge when you get a phone is applicable for 24 months since the purchase. In this case, the device was bought back in April 2020, so this should be the last tab charge.

Hi Julie, thanks for responding but my 24th tab charged was paid last month. I already called in and spoke to one of your reps who confirmed that and said the charge would be removed.
