Hello,

 

I am about to switch to another provider.  Is there anything I need to do at Koodo before I do that?  I do have a Tab balance.  As long as I pay that, is there anything else I should do first?

Nope, porting out your number is all you need to do. Be careful though that you may need to pay back your tab bonus as well.


Don’t cancel your current provider before signing up with someone else. Your account needs to be active for any port to work.
