Hello, 

I activated my postpaid on 30th Nov 2022. I received the full amount bill on 7th Dec 2022.

Why is Koodo charging me full for 7 dAYS.

 

You pay your service full month in advance.

What's on your first bill is a " partial charge from Nov 30 to Dec 7th 2022 ( if the bill date is 7th). And full month charge from Dec 8th to Jan 7th ,2023.
