showing past due before payment

Already made a payment for the month of May but still showing on thru my bill as past due?  I would like to speak with live rep cause digital rep is very inconvenient.. tried calling kodoo number but speaking with live rep starts in digital! Wft!

Hi there,

To confirm when you check your banking of choice, do you see if the balance was removed for the previous bill to cover the month of may and was it taken before the previous months due date?

If it does show on the banking side that the balance was removed and the previous bill was paid on time, you can have Koodo review charges on your current bill through self serve. Details on how to do this can be found in the link. They will review the charge (past due balance) within 4 hours.
