I just set up preauthorized payments for my mobile phone lines from my bank account.
When does the payment come out, on the due date? How does it work?
There’s no information once I've entered all my information just confirmed it is set up.

If you download your detailed pdf ebill, it will say the payment comes out about 15 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Or to simplify, about 15 days after the date of your detailed pdf ebill.
It is important to note that it may take up to a billing cycle to register your pre-authorized payment. In the meantime, I would suggest you to make your payment with your credit card to avoid any late charges.
