Today, I got a message from Koodo that says I’m roaming in the States but I haven’t left Canada. I work in Delta, BC which is located near US border. I think there is an issue. Can you help me to solve this issue?

I beleive you do have a plan available to you, for the same price you are paying now, that includes Canada-US roaming. and your data amount is doubled to 100gb. You may consider switching to that online.
