Roaming Issue

Today, I got a message from Koodo that says I’m roaming in the States but I haven’t left Canada. I work in Delta, BC which is located near US border. I think there is an issue. Can you help me to solve this issue?

@mayaz There is no charge on our end that we can see at the moment.  I know it sounds strange, but not all notifications turn into an actual charge. The notification is triggred by connection to a US tower (stronger signal) but by the time your bill comes around we do our best to cleant things up. Pls watch your next voice if you do find a charge we will of course take care of it.

I beleive you do have a plan available to you, for the same price you are paying now, that includes Canada-US roaming. and your data amount is doubled to 100gb. You may consider switching to that online.
