roaming didnt leave country

Did you get a charge on your bill?  When did this happen?  

Yes, the charge was on my resent bill.  Sent out July 1st 

Was it just 1 Roaming charge?

To prevent this in the future, when you are near the border, you can change your network settings from Automatic to Manual and then you can select Koodo.  Note you may need to re-apply this after a phone restart
