On your husband’s account have you tried to dispute the charge through self serve yet? As you can put in a request to have the charge on the bill reviewed if it has shown up on the most recent bill.

Steps to do this can be found in the link, you would just have to do it from your husbands self serve account as that is the account with the charge and it will be reviewed within 4hrs.

If your husband is able sign in here on the community using the self serve option in the community login page and create a post, we would be able to access his account and look into it from our end.
