roaming costs

I have roaming costs on my bill, we live on Vancouver Island and have not been in US but close to WA. 
please change our bill and take the roaming cost off. There is no chance in hell that I will travel to US the next few years.

Hi ​@Topi42, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
