On my recent bill (May 22 - Jun 21) I was billed roaming charges for using my phone in the US when my plan covers US roaming. I was charged a total of $112 (7 days). Please help!

We have looked into it and we can see the charges were incurred as plan does include Canada to Canada and Canada to US calling and texting, however, it doesn’t include US roaming.

I would like to double check tho. You have a Can /US/ Mex plan, correct? (When you log into your self serve and see the plan, that's the one you can see it.)

Just a quick follow on our previous reply. If you plan to travel regularly to the US, we recommend checking in self serve if there is any plan option that comes with Canada-US roaming included.
